This award is a recognition of VietinBank's outstanding achievements in the retail sector, aiming to bring customers outstanding products and services based on a deep understanding of the experience journey from awareness to purchase and after-sales care. This is an important part of VietinBank's "Customer-centric" strategy, and is also an important mark of VietinBank when it was awarded the title "Best Retail Bank in Vietnam" by Global Banking & Finance Review for 9 consecutive times.
