    Gold prices today, September 15, suddenly reversed and increased sharply after North Korea threatened to "sunk Japan" with nuclear missiles. Speculators are "hunting" for low prices because they predict that tensions in North Korea will continue to have a strong impact on gold prices in the coming time.

    Opening this morning's trading session (September 15), DOJI Group listed the price of SJC gold at 36.62-36.72 million VND/tael (buy in - sell out), an increase of 80,000 VND for buying and an increase of 80,000 VND for selling compared to yesterday's trading session.

    SJC gold price at Bao Tin Minh Chau is listed at 36.66 - 36.73 million VND/tael, up 100,000 VND in both directions compared to the same time yesterday. Gold price of smooth round Quotation Dragon Gold Thang Long is trading at: 36.13 - 36.58 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 190 thousand VND in both directions compared to the previous trading session.

    At Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ), the price of SJC gold bars was listed at 36.58 - 36.78 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 130 thousand VND in both directions compared to the same time in yesterday's trading session.

    The world gold price is currently listed at 1330.50 - 1321.50 USD/ounce (buy - sell).

    9999 gold price for December delivery on the New York Comex increased by 1.5 USD to 1329.50 USD/ounce.

    The gold market in yesterday's trading session increased after North Korea threatened to "sunk Japan" with nuclear missiles and hit the US "ashed". Gold prices recovered partly thanks to the hunt for low-priced goods by speculators. Experts predict that tensions in North Korea will continue to be the cause of the impact on gold prices in the coming time.

    US stock indexes have recently hit record highs. Experts say the recent increase in the world stock market is a negative for today's gold price.

    Another noteworthy piece of information, the conclusion of the Bank of England's (BOE) annual monetary policy meeting on Thursday showed that the BOE has not changed its monetary policy. However, the BOE's statement at the end of the meeting left open the possibility of an earlier rate hike. Experts say this could have a negative impact on precious metals.

    The key information related to US economic data this week is the August consumer price index report, which increased by 0.4%, higher than market expectations. Gold and silver prices immediately fell to a day's bottom after the report was released.

    The first resistance level was recorded at the current high of 1,332 USD and then 1,340 USD. The first support level was confirmed at the current low of 1319,50 USD and then 1307 USD.

    In the foreign exchange market, the central exchange rate announced by the State Bank on the morning of September 15 was 22,441 VND/USD, unchanged from the previous session. Vietcombank's USD exchange rate today is listed at 22,690 - 22,760 VND/USD (buy - sell), unchanged from the previous trading session.
