From people's feedback sent via the VNeTraffic application, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Ninh Binh Provincial Police directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 to urgently verify.
The verification results determined that at 10:24 am on August 20, on National Highway 38, Nong Giang bridge area, Dong Van ward, Ninh Binh province, Mr. L.M. C (born in 1985, residing in Phu Ly ward, Ninh Binh province) driving a tractor-trailer with license plate 35H-0X3. XX, pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 35RM-0X0. XX, had acts of driving in the wrong lane or lane; changing lanes without prior warning.
On August 25, Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 invited the driver to the headquarters to work. Through working and comparing images and related documents, Mr. L.M. C admitted the violations.
Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 made a record of administrative violation against the driver for the above acts.
For the act of changing lanes without prior warning, the driver was fined according to regulations, the total fine amount was 5.7 million VND and 2 driver's license points were deducted.
