Fining drivers for changing lanes without signals in Ninh Binh

    Ninh Binh - The Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police verified and fined drivers for traffic violations, changing lanes without prior warning on National Highway 38.

    Immediately after receiving instructions from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) on verifying and handling violations reflected through VNeTraffic; the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 to verify and clarify the case.

    On March 13, the police agency invited driver N.T. H (born in 1983, residing in Ha Nam ward, Ninh Binh province) driving car license plate 90A-041. XX to the headquarters to work.

    Through the working process, the driver confirmed that at about 11:06 am on March 10, at Km 83+500 National Highway 38 in Dong Van ward, Ninh Binh province, he drove a car with the above license plate violating changing lanes without prior warning.

    Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police has made a record of administrative violations for the act of changing lanes without prior notice for driver N.T. H.
