Preparation: a handful of berries including blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries; 50 grams of oatmeal; half a cup of milk; 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed; cinnamon powder.

Preparation: 1 apple; 7 grams of peanut butter; 1 box of unsweetened yogurt.

Cut the apple into small pieces, spread peanut butter on it and enjoy. Next, have some yogurt and finish your breakfast with a cup of coffee.

7. French fried eggs
