Tips to keep hair from getting greasy and greasy even while exercising

|

It is necessary to remove sweat and dirt after each exercise session. So is there a way to keep your hair from getting greasy and greasy even after exercising?

Here are some tips to keep hair unstained and oily even while exercising, shared by hairstylist Atif at Bella Madonna salon, Gurgaon.

Use dried shampoo before exercising

Most people spray a large amount of dried shampoo after exercising, but it is not the best choice. Instead, change your habits and use this product before starting to exercise. The reason is that dried shampoo helps keep the scalp dry, limiting excess oil, even when you have a high-intensity workout.

Don't let hair fall on your face

Removing hair or tying a high horse tail while exercising can damage hair and scalp. Not only that, hair touching your face can cause acne and skin irritation. So, tie your hair neatly to minimize damage to your hair, such as low buns or light Tet, to both protect your hair and keep your face clean. Squeeze your hair into loose spaces or fixed clips to keep it in place. When Tet hair, use silk ropes to avoid broken hair.

Avoid exercising when your hair is still wet

Exercising immediately after shampooing can seriously damage your hair. When you exercise with wet hair, sweat and moisture will be retained on the scalp, making hair sticky and vulnerable. If you continue to exercise with wet hair, you may experience scalp irritation or even dandruff. So make sure your hair is completely dry before starting the workout.

Don't wash your hair every day

After each exercise session, you may want to wash your hair immediately, but that is not recommended. Washing your hair too often can dry hair and lose the necessary natural oils. Instead, try to wash your hair every other day with a shampoo and a sulfate-free consultation oil to keep your hair clean and supple. If you need to clean your hair between washes, use a dried shampoo or just rinse with water to remove sweat.
