The final match between VTV Binh Dien Long An and Zhetysu (Kazakhstan) at the 2025 AVC Women's Volleyball Champions League for Asian Women's Club Volleyball Tournament ended on the evening of April 27 in the Philippines with a result of 3-1 in favor of the representative of Kazakhstan women's volleyball.
Attending this tournament, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh's hand was first received the title of "Best Assistant player". Sharing briefly after the final from the Philippines, she expressed: “I don't know what to say, this is a very touching achievement because many good players have played here but the professional department has chosen me and awarded this personal title. For the first time through international tournaments, I have my own individual title at Asian level.
Statistics at the tournament show that Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is the most effective scorer of the VTV Binh Dien Long An squad with 97 points in 5 matches played. Notably, she surpassed her senior Tran Thi Thanh Thuy (scoring 95 points) in terms of efficiency on the field.
The Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship is an official tournament organized by the Asian Volleyball Confederation every year. The players present and who have achieved expertise here are the ones who affirm their mark on the continental level.

In 2023, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh first attended the volleyball tournament of Asian Women's Clubs. The Vietnamese women's volleyball team was the representative of the tournament held at Vinh Yen City Stadium (Vinh Phuc). At the end of the competition, our team won the championship. However, in that tournament, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh often played from the reserve position, so her professional mark was not as prominent as this year's competition with VTV Binh Dien Long An.
Before the 2025 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship, Vietnamese women's volleyball had Pham Kim Hue, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Khanh Dang, Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen receive individual titles through participating in this tournament. This year, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is the next face honored to receive the above results from the organizer of the 2025 Asian Women's Club Cup. Obviously, with 97 points scored in the entire tournament, she deserves to be awarded the title of "Best Main Striker".
SEA Games medal and many memories
Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is currently a player of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team. Although her home team Quang Ninh has to compete in the 2025 National A-Class Volleyball Tournament, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is a special case because she maintains good skills with outstanding class. In fact, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh has only participated in the SEA Games once.
In 2022, she was waiting to receive the capacity with the Vietnamese women's volleyball team to play SEA Games 31 at home. She is the only beating hand of the Quang Ninh women's team to participate in the composition of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team. At the time of shortening the list, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh has no name. That 31 SEA Games, volleyball took place at the multi -purpose gymnasium of Quang Ninh province and all fans of the mine land were disappointed because their number one player had to sit outside.
A year later, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh was returned to the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team and participated in the 32nd SEA Games in Cambodia. At that time, head coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet trusted her student and did not hesitate to give her a ticket to Cambodia to compete. At the end of the 32nd SEA Games, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh and her teammates won the Silver Medal.
Vi Thi Nhu Quynh once shared: "I still remember the moment of the final match with the Thai women's team and lost the match. The Vietnamese women's volleyball team continued to win the Silver Medal. For me, this is the first international medal in my career as a national player. I really appreciate this result and never forget the memories at my first SEA Games."
According to the training program, after returning home from the volleyball tournament of Asian Women's Clubs 2025, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh started the army with the Vietnam women's volleyball team. Currently, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team is practicing in Quang Ninh and waiting for the last players to meet after the volleyball tournament of Asian Women's Clubs 2025. Few people know where Vi Thi Nhu Quynh came from to practice volleyball, and now she is one of the top attackers of Vietnamese women's volleyball. This hitter is originally from Nghe An but grew up from youth training of the Vietinbank Women's Volleyball Team.
Nhu Quynh's father loves volleyball very much and wants to let his daughter practice to know her abilities in sports. The day he proactively went to the Vietinbank Volleyball Team to practice for his children, the time to select talented players had ended. It must be very favorable for the encouragement of Vi Thi Nhu Quynh's father, the youth coach of Vietinbank, to agree to let her practice.
Initially, many predictions said that Vi Thi Nhu Quynh would find it difficult to achieve the prospect of developing volleyball. However, the hitter convinced the most demanding teachers with her hard work and never giving up to complete all her exercises. One of the teachers who trained Vi Thi Nhu Quynh in the early stages was Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet.
In 2020, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh marked her presence in the domestic volleyball village as the "Best Attacker" of the National Youth Volleyball Championship. After that, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh strongly improved her skills. She decided to leave the Vietinbank team to go to Quang Ninh. For Vi Thi Nhu Quynh, she is also concerned about the domestic record of having to win the domestic championship once. This hitter has never won the National Championship.
