Volleyball seeks new sponsorship
Recently, the General Secretary of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation (VFV) - Mr. Le Tri Truong said that after the 2024 National Volleyball Championship, VFV will plan to work specifically with the current sponsor of the tournament, Duc Giang Chemicals.
Previously, VFV had a preliminary discussion with businessman Dao Huu Huyen on the sponsor side and learned that the unit might not renew the contract to accompany the tournament after it ended. However, after this year's national championship, the parties will work specifically to reach the final content.
It is known that the results of the meeting are still being awaited for more positive signals. If the current sponsor does not continue to accompany, VFV must have a plan to find new brands (if any) to accompany the national championship. Above all, volleyball tournaments in Vietnam always need the companionship of many socialized resources.
Long An men's team captain speaks out
After parting ways with Ha Tinh, striker Le Van Thanh unexpectedly returned to play for Lavie Long An. He was the main scorer, helping the Western team successfully stay in the league this season.
However, Le Van Thanh's excellence has made a part of Ha Tinh men's volleyball fans believe that he is the reason why his hometown team was relegated.
This player shared some remarkable things after the 2024 season ended. Mr. Le Van Thanh said that he only played for the club's flag and colors. In the match against Ha Tinh, this player informed the coach and leaders to stay out and everyone agreed.
Besides, Le Van Thanh affirmed that he is currently playing for Long An so he must be responsible in the competition. Because this is professional volleyball.
