To cook squid vegetable noodles, housewives need to prepare ingredients including 150g of squid, 1 pack of instant noodles, 1 tomato, mustard greens or bok choy, 1 small slice of ginger and scallions; seasoning with fish sauce and pepper.

Housewives should pay attention to cooking broth in a small pot to prepare quickly and keep the flavor delicious. Lightly sauté the chopped ginger, add tomatoes and stir-fry until soft. Add about 500ml of water and bring to a boil.

Continue to put the sliced squid in a pot of boiling water for 1-2 minutes until cooked, if not cooked for a long time, the squid meat will be tough. Pour instant noodles into a separate pot and season to taste, blanch the vegetables quickly to maintain greenness.
