Special flag-raising events at the factory
At Cua It A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City), every morning of the first week, the company's grassroots union organizes for all employees to perform the flag-raising ceremony. This year's flag-raising programs are more special towards the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2. About 1,300 workers, along with union officials and the company's Board of Directors in special shirts came to the factory. Most of the workers wore red shirts with yellow stars, other departments wore blue shirts of the youth union, militia and white shirts of the teenagers.
In a solemn atmosphere, all the company's employees sang the National Anthem together and raised the flag. At the same time, watch a documentary about National Day on September 2, 1945. Ms. Le Thi Huong - President of the Trade Union shared her feelings about the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945). At the same time, it conveys to workers information and the meaning of two important events of the nation.
"I hope all workers understand the historical periods that Vietnam has gone through and the sacrifices of our ancestors to have today's peaceful days. Through these activities, the Trade Union reviews the traditions of the nation, reminding the younger generation in the company to always remember the history of the nation" - Ms. Le Thi Huong shared.
Every flag-raising ceremony is attended by Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cua Ca Y Chau Technology Co., Ltd. and all foreign experts. The content of the propaganda about the historical significance of September 2 was translated into foreign languages for experts and company leaders to listen to. "I have invested in Vietnam and have received a lot of support from state departments. After investing and working here, we also love Vietnam. Therefore, at the company, I always create conditions for the Trade Union to organize events associated with the history of Vietnam" - Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan said.

The ceremonies have left a deep impression and impact on workers. "I was very moved when my colleagues performed flag-raising ceremonies with me. This is an opportunity for us workers to review the traditions of the nation and foster love for our homeland. Through this, we, the workers, are more aware of working more enthusiastically and have higher productivity. Since then, we have had better income and life" - Mr. Nguyen Hai Huy - a worker at the company shared.
Mr. Dao Dinh Tho - Head of Safety Department in the company said: "When I wore a red shirt with my colleagues to perform the flag-raising ceremony, I felt more clearly the sacred atmosphere of the big holiday. Although working in an FDI enterprise, love for the Fatherland is always present in the hearts of each person. Seeing colleagues wearing red shirts and flags flying in the factory, I feel very proud".
According to Mr. Dao Dinh Tho, the color of the shirt and the flag-raising events remind workers to always be aware of their efforts to complete the assigned work well. At the same time, there are improvements and innovations to increase productivity in the company, contributing to the development of enterprises and the country's economy.
The Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. said that the unit had been approved by the company's board of directors to organize a trip to Hanoi for 36 outstanding workers on the occasion of National Day, September 2. The workers who are allowed to travel this time are creative and have good work results, contributing to the development of the company. Including both Vietnamese and foreign workers.
