I hope the union will continue to organize sports tournaments so that union members and workers can show their talents. No matter how busy the work is, I still arrange time with my daughter, who is in 9th grade this year, to go to exercise on weekends to train her health and also train life skills. During the training process, I always tell my child to play sports for good health, so there is no too much pressure on other factors. But having come to a tournament, the two mothers and daughters try to go as far as possible. We think many mother-child pairs want to have a tournament to compete and bring home prizes as souvenirs. Therefore, we hope that trade union levels can organize activities where union members can show their abilities beyond their professional work.

We union members hope the union will organize more sports activities such as the 2026 Vietnam Bank Pickleball Family Cup. Although work is very busy, we still take advantage of some days after work a week to practice sports, including Pickleball. My husband and I do not work in the same industry and my husband is the one who trains me from badminton, tennis and now Pickleball. Normally after working hours on Mondays and Wednesdays every week, brothers and sisters in the branch in the club play and practice this attractive sport together. My husband and I often arrange weekends to go "break tickets" at the stadiums. The process of practicing sports in general, with Pickleball in particular, has helped us have more time to share and understand each other better, so that we can build family happiness together.

I am very happy to participate in a major sports event organized by the union. My son also really likes Pickleball, but he is still busy studying, so he takes advantage of playing on weekends. My job also does not have much free time when my son can play sports, so the two fathers and sons rarely have the opportunity to practice together. Now, with the Vietnam Bank Pickleball Family Cup 2026, father and son have the opportunity to stand side by side to compete. For sports, teams must understand each other and have good coordination. Pickleball is also the same! The training and competition process at the Tournament is also a good opportunity for father and son to understand each other better. During the sports competition, with the experience I have, I always advise my son to warm up carefully, prepare good health before playing and take a break on days when the weather is too hot. In my opinion, the union should regularly organize activities like this tournament at all levels because it is very practical for workers.

The tournament has a very good couple competition content because this is an opportunity for husband and wife to show their understanding and coordination with each other not only in life but also on the court. The most important thing when competing in couples is harmony. Therefore, it can be seen that the level of superiority or inferiority is only one factor, the important thing to win is that the couple knows how to coordinate smoothly and understand each other. We think the connection and coordination between husband and wife in the family is also the purpose of the organizing committee of the tournament, which here is the Vietnam Bank Union wanting to aim for. Another important thing is that in addition to connecting family members, practicing health, the tournament also connects colleagues between units, so that a friendly relationship can be formed that can help each other both in work and life.
