In order to encourage and motivate children of union members and workers to achieve high results in the 2025-2026 school year and create motivation to enter the new 2026-2027 school year, the grassroots Trade Union of Pou Li Vietnam Co., Ltd. has just organized a reward program for students with good academic achievements.
The program was organized with the consensus of the Company's Board of Directors. Attending were Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province; representatives of the Company's Board of Directors, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, along with a large number of union members, workers and students.
Speaking at the program, representatives of the grassroots Trade Union said that caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers is always the central task of the Trade Union organization. In which, caring for and caring for the children of union members and workers is a practical activity, showing the companionship of the Trade Union organization with workers, contributing to helping union members feel secure in working and attached to the business.
The program to reward union members' children with excellent academic achievements is maintained and organized annually by the grassroots Trade Union of Pou Li Vietnam Co., Ltd. to recognize the efforts of students in studying and training, and at the same time encourage them to continue striving and achieve higher results in the following school years.
This year, the Trade Union rewarded 646 students who are children of union members and workers with a total budget of more than 230 million VND. Due to the large number of students being commended, at the program, the Organizing Committee symbolically awarded prizes to 260 representative students. The remaining prizes will be directly transferred by the Trade Union to parents who are workers on the next working day to send back to the children.
The activity shows the concern of businesses and trade union organizations for caring for union members and workers' families; and at the same time contributes to spreading the spirit of studiousness, encouraging workers' children to continue to strive to rise up in their studies and training, becoming a quality human resource for society in the future.
