Before the needs of union members and workers in sports such as swimming, tennis and most recently pickleball, many units not only create conditions in terms of fields and time for union members and workers to learn and play pickleball, but also establish regular club activities to help those who love this new sport cultivate and improve their skills.
For example, at PetroVietnam Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR), the PVMR Pickleball Club was officially launched, opening up a new, modern and attractive sports playground for officials and employees of the Corporation.
The Pickleball Club was established based on the needs and voluntary spirit of officials, employees, people who love and wish to practice, improve health, and skills of Pickleball, thus attracting attention.
Up to now, the club's activities not only meet the entertainment needs of officials and employees but also contribute to promoting the Pickleball movement in the entire PVMR ecosystem from the Parent Company - PVMR Corporation to member units.

One of them is Vietnam Petrochemical and Fiber Joint Stock Company with the online race themed "Joining hands - Unity - Steadfastly moving forward" to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the company's establishment (March 2008).
The race is organized online, recording results through the Strava application. The online running event allows athletes to register to participate freely in walking or running, at a time and place suitable to their personal conditions, encouraged in their living and working area.
The online race has received the response and participation of a large number of workers, showing that this activity meets the needs of workers, and at the same time has the meaning of connecting and moving towards the establishment day of the unit. Through this, each person is both proud and feels their responsibility to their second home.
