The challenge is how to make the nearly 3-hour journey attractive for both adults and children. During the visit, the two children always exclaimed and enjoyed the surprising discoveries about famous pho, about the life of their grandparents and parents during their subsidy period, about the process of growing, harvesting, and processing rice products; experiencing making their own wind-rolled pho and enjoying Hanoi lotus tea.
Mr. Nguyen Dan Huy (son of People's Artist Nguyen Dan Quoc, Cheo stage art designer) is a Hanoian lover and has a rich knowledge of culture and history. He talked about the origin of pho, how to prepare pho, enjoy pho, the differences of pho types in provinces and cities... to Truc Bach's signature rolling pho...
If the No. 1 train car specializes in rice paper - bun chai, the No. 2 train car is an image of life in the subsidy period, from typical rice trays to stamps, rice books, to a corner of a sidewalk tea cup, a tailor shop, an ancient "huge" typewriter... Even the project management room of the No. 6 train line is also a lively corner of space recreating the life in the subsidy period...

The interesting thing is that that day was the 73rd birthday of Mr. Cao Duy Tien and his extended family who held a party right on the train car, warm and interesting.
Mr. Huy said: The "Heritage Lang keng" project includes the following component projects: " dien Line 6 - Hanoi Street Museum" ( introducing Hanoi cultural and culinary heritage) and Leng keng to school (community activities to support students in mountainous areas).
The project " dien Line 6 - Hanoi Street Museum", with the aim of connecting historical values for current and future generations, started in 2022, and is expected to be completed by the end of this year with 8 train cars.
The project will have a space to introduce old Hanoi with the desire to preserve and promote historical and cultural values. He invited artisan Nguyen Tan Dat, also known as Mr Ca - famous for his 3D fish painting - to create models of dishes, drinks... with clay that resemble real medicine.
Currently, the project is new in the process of being tested but has been honored to welcome many international visitors, recently visited and experienced by Mr. Keijo Norvanto - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland.
The project development team took the Ambassador to visit Trung Tien Waterfall - the famous temple of Thang Long citadel, learn about the art of Chau Van singing; explore the special subsidy period of Vietnam, visit typical apartments of a Hanoian family during the subsidy period... The Ambassador highly appreciated the model and hoped that the No. 6 Tram Line Project would become one of the top tourist destinations in Hanoi.
