For those who love trekking, the name of Ta Xua is not too strange. Besides the peak of Luoi and Bach Moc Luong Tu in Lao Cai, Ta Xua is one of the three most beautiful "hunting" clouds in the Northwest.
The starting point challenges the "players"
24km apart, two places named Ta Xua easily make many tourists confuse. However, the sea of clouds in Ta Xua commune in Bac Yen district, Son La province, will be suitable for those who want to seek lightness and peace on 2 weekends. Because, just a motorbike is a tourist who can approach the top of the mountain and enjoy the magnificent natural scenery below.
And the peak of Ta Xua, also known as Phu Sa Phin, located in Ban Cong commune, Tram Tau district, Yen Bai province is a destination for those who are passionate about challenging and conquering.
Possessing an altitude of about 2,865m above sea level, the Phu Sa Phin range is the end of the Hoang Lien Son range stretching from Lai Chau to Lung Lo Pass and the natural boundary mountain between Yen Bai and Son provinces La.
Therefore, when climbing to the top of Ta Xua, visitors can follow two different roads. However, the distance from Tram Tau, Yen Bai to the top will be longer than the distance from Hang Chu, Hang Chu and Son La commune.

From the rest to the top of Ta Xua, also known as Phu Sa Phin, it will also take about 2-3 hours for about 2-3km ”.
If you go from Chu, Son La, the rise will be shorter, only about 4km. The motorbike taxi is also about 4km. Therefore, visitors can start a hour later than the choice of climbing from Yen Bai province.

If visitors choose to climb from the direction of Tram Tau, the "dinosaur spine" 3km long will be the biggest challenge of the palace because of the narrow cliffs, steep rocky terrain, the two sides are deep.
“For me, this is the most difficult and dangerous road, it takes about 3 hours of movement. Currently, the local authorities have installed the cable so that visitors can follow the vines to make the distance easier to breathe. However, I think this road is only really for those who are passionate about thrilling and not afraid of height, ”said Trung Kien frankly said.
Standing at the "Dinosaur spine", visitors can completely zoom in the mountains and clouds, embrace the old forest of the floral seasons.
Overcoming that difficult section, the journey ahead no longer "energy" of climbing people like the previous sections. The trail is quite easy to go, not climbing, reducing difficulties. From his own experience, Trung Kien suggested that if the road is not slippery, the motorbike can go to the foot of the mountain of "dinosaur spine".

Whether climbing from the direction of Tram Tau or from the cave, visitors can admire the primeval forests covered with moss from the ground up to the ancient trunks, rising to the long branches as rising to the sky.
