On October 4, the Labor Federation of An Phu district (An Giang province) held a conference to deploy the 2019 Labor Code for nearly 100 grassroots union officials.
At the conference, grassroots union officials listened to Mr. To Minh Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of Legal Policy - Labor Relations of An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, deploy the basic contents and new points of the Labor Code.
Specifically: Labor contracts (LCs), expanding the right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract of employees, wages; Dialogue at the workplace, collective bargaining, collective labor agreements; Working hours, rest hours, labor discipline... and Decree 145/2020/ND-CP, dated December 14, 2020 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on working conditions and labor relations.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the An Phu District Labor Federation also deployed a number of documents of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation such as: Instruction No. 108/HD-LDLD, dated April 18, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation on implementing the construction of the title of culturally qualified agencies, units and enterprises in An Giang province for the period 2023-2027 and Decision No. 247/QD-LDLD, dated April 23, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation on promulgating the Emulation and Reward Regulations in the Trade Union system for affiliated grassroots Trade Unions to implement in the coming time.
