On January 21, the Trade Union of My Xuan Construction Brick, Tile and Ceramic Joint Stock Company (TCC) organized a program to distribute pork to workers to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2025.
Ms. Tran Thi Bich - Chairwoman of the Enterprise Union - said that this is an annual program organized and maintained by the union since 2008. Like previous years, each employee in the company received about 4 kg of pork to take home to celebrate the New Year.
"This year, with the support of the business, the company's Trade Union spent more than 140 million VND to organize the program, so that more than 300 workers could receive pork to celebrate Tet," Ms. Bich informed.
In addition, the enterprise's Trade Union also organized to give all working workers a gift including necessities such as rice, cooking oil, fish sauce, beer, soft drinks... worth 1.2 million VND to support workers to have a full Tet holiday.
Ms. Bich said that in 2024, the enterprise encountered many difficulties in production and business activities, but coordinated with the Trade Union to try to take the best care and ensure the material and spiritual life of all workers.
On the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025, each worker will receive a bonus of more than 2 months' salary, with an average of about 16.8 million VND per person.
To do this, during the production and business activities, the enterprise has allocated funds to maintain the reward fund and welfare fund. On that basis, it ensures the regimes and benefits for employees, helping employees feel secure in their work and stay with the enterprise.
"Over the past year, although the company has faced many difficulties and workers have had little work, the company has tried to maintain full benefits for workers. In addition, the company's union has also organized activities to care for and give gifts to support... helping workers feel happy and secure," said Ms. Tong Thi Thoa (a worker of the company).
