The Bac Giang Provincial Federation of Labor has issued a plan to organize a conference to commend exemplary families of workers and civil servants in 2025.
Praising and honoring activities of typical workers and employees to encourage and encourage workers and employees to build families according to the criteria of prosperity, equality, progress, happiness and sustainability; Preserving and promoting the good cultural tradition of the Vietnamese family, eliminating backward customs and practices, and selecting the advanced values suitable for the period of industrialization and modernization of the country.
In addition, it affirms the role of the family in exemplary implementation of the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies and the positive and effective contributions of exemplary families of workers and civil servants in building and developing the homeland and the country.
The subjects of commendation are the families of exemplary workers and civil servants working in agencies, units, and enterprises with trade unions in the province. The working period at the unit is at least 5 years.
Each Labor Federation of districts, towns, cities, industry unions, provincial Party agencies, trade unions of provincial People's Committee agencies, and provincial industrial park unions were selected and nominated for 5 typical families to propose to the Provincial Labor Federation for commendation and reward.
The program is expected to be held on June 20, 2025 at the Workers' Consulting and Support Center.
