Encouraging union members and workers to innovate
Guiding the organization of Workers' Month and Workers' Safety and Health Month in 2025, the Vietnam Health Trade Union recommends that grassroots trade unions, based on actual conditions, coordinate with counter-level authorities to choose to implement appropriate activities, such as the program "Creative workers, firmly entering the new era".
Accordingly, grassroots trade unions organize propaganda activities, encourage union members and workers to study and improve their skills; cultivate courage, innovate working style, improve integration skills; continue to effectively implement emulation movements to improve qualifications, professional knowledge and skills; encourage union members and workers to innovate creatively, have many initiatives, improve techniques, apply modern technology to production, contribute to increasing labor productivity, work efficiency, and improve business efficiency.
Grassroots trade unions organize the "2025 Creative Labor Festival", contests to propose ideas, initiatives, and technical solutions to innovate production processes; save raw materials, fuel, time, and labor force; new methods, good models in modern business administration; content and methods of trade union activities at the grassroots level; honor and commend workers with achievements in labor and production with many initiatives and creativity; achieve high results in excellent worker competitions...
The Vietnam Health Union guides grassroots trade unions to advise, propose and coordinate the organization so that the heads of the Party committees, authorities of the same level and employers contact, dialogue with union members and employees suitable to practical conditions at the unit; advise the leaders of the Party committees and the authorities to visit, encourage and give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances; organize sightseeing, vacation, meet the family of workers; "Culture and Sports Festival".
Discovering typical advanced models
In particular, grassroots trade unions under the Vietnam Medical Union organized the peak month to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions; Introduce the development of worker party members. In order to well implement the peak month, grassroots trade unions need to promote propaganda and mobilize workers to raise awareness and responsibility for participating in the construction of the working class and trade union activities, voluntarily participating in the organization of Vietnam Trade Union; focus resources for union development; representatives of caring, protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of workers, creating a breakthrough in the development of union members, especially in enterprises outside the state sector, organizing the admission of "May members in May".
Along with that, review, discover, and build core union members, typical examples of advanced innovation in production labor and trade union activities, especially on this occasion, select and introduce outstanding union members for the Party Committee to train, consider admitting to the Communist Party of Vietnam, and pay attention to union members who work directly in production.
Along with Workers' Month, grassroots trade unions are guided through many activities in response to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene.
Ms. Pham Thanh Binh - Chairman of Vietnam Health Trade Union - said that, based on the guidance of the Vietnam Health Union, grassroots trade unions should actively report, advise the Party committees and coordinate with the same level of expertise to develop a plan to organize activities on the month of workers and the month of action on OSH in 2025, ensure practical and effective. The grassroots trade unions encourage at least 2 activities and propose individuals with outstanding achievements in labor and production to send to the Vietnam Health Union to reward.
