Recently, the provincial trade union before and now the union of the Party agencies has organized the launch of many patriotic emulation movements, notably the emulation movement "Good labor", "Creative labor" has been implemented with many contents and rich forms, and hundreds of grassroots scientific topics, provincial scientific topics are accepted and applied in reality; Thousands of useful initiatives and solutions in the advisory and service of civil servants, officials and labor (CCVCLD) are recognized and applied, contributing to improving product quality, technological innovation, improving working conditions, renovating management and administrative reform at agencies and units.
Trade unions at all levels have constantly innovated, improved the quality and effectiveness of emulation and reward work; in order to arouse the dynamism and creativity of union officials and members, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new era, the era of national growth. Many good models, solutions and methods have been discovered, honored, and replicated, creating a strong influence among cadres, union members, and civil servants.
The grassroots trade unions have flexibly specified emulation content in accordance with the characteristics of the industry and field; actively propagated and mobilized union members and civil servants to enthusiastically compete in studying and working, actively researched, advised, and proposed to the province many new programs, areas that are difficult to apply to the implementation of work that have created many breakthroughs in economic development; contributed to the good implementation of political tasks, creating breakthroughs in key areas.
In particular, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has become a regular job; The campaign to build " Loyalty, responsibility, integrity, creativity" cadres, civil servants and public employees has been closely linked to work practice. In 2023-2024, 21,700 good jobs of individuals were registered to be implemented; 341 typical collective and 647 typical individuals were honored in studying and working under Uncle Ho.
Through the emulation movements, there are 1,523 initiatives, solutions, models, projects, scientific topics, provincial scientific topics are accepted and applied, contributing to reducing work handling time, improving the quality and efficiency of work associated with administrative reform at agencies and units. Many CCVCs are recognized as provincial, ministries and branches; Many advanced examples have been praised and rewarded by all levels and industries.
Practice shows that the emulation movement of "Good workers", "Creative workers" associated with the campaign to build " Loyal, responsible, honest, creative" civil servants is one of the key emulation movements, bringing practical results; increasingly attracting a large number of civil servants to actively participate.
In the coming time, the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers will continue to promote their internal strength, proactively overcome difficulties, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development tasks in the spirit of the Resolution of the 19th National Party Congress of Bac Giang Province.
