In recent years, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) has always performed well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, thereby increasingly affirming and enhancing the prestige and position of the Trade Union in the new development stage. In which, every Tet and spring comes, the work of caring for the lives of union members and workers is increasingly clearly shown.
With the motto "All union members and workers have Tet", according to the annual tradition, the Bac Giang Provincial Labor Federation (old), Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation (old) as well as the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation (new) all directed trade union levels to organize Tet care activities such as: Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude Program; Trade Union Tet Market, 0-dong Booth, Trade Union Bus Trip, Tet Not Far From Home, Trade Union Meal, Year-end Meal... The activities are organized in accordance with the needs and conditions of union members and workers, especially workers in difficult circumstances and working far from home.
On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation has organized many practical and meaningful care activities with many new contents, methods, and ways of working, strongly oriented towards grassroots levels, towards union members and workers, continuing to affirm its role as a reliable support for workers in the province.
With the consent of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Labor Federation has established 25 working groups, headed by provincial leaders and delegations led by Party and State leaders, the General Confederation directly visiting, wishing Tet, and giving gifts to union members and workers in industrial parks, enterprises with many workers and union members in difficult circumstances.
During the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, Party and State leaders, the General Confederation, and the Provincial Labor Federation presented 17,139 gifts to union members and workers, each gift including 1 million VND in cash and 1 gift bag worth from 300 thousand VND to 400 thousand VND; in addition, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 22,831 bus tickets to workers in remote areas, each ticket worth 200,000 VND, contributing to helping workers have conditions to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet safely and conveniently.
Visiting activities are organized promptly and to the right people, showing the deep concern of the Provincial Party Committee, government and Trade Union organization for workers.
At the destinations, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and working delegations cordially visited and encouraged union members and workers; grasped the situation of employment, income, life, thoughts, and aspirations of workers during Tet. Through this, they promptly shared and encouraged union members and workers to continue to strive to overcome difficulties, feel secure in labor production, and be attached to businesses for a long time. At the same time, they acknowledged and shared the hardships of workers, especially cases of work accidents, occupational diseases, and workers far from home who do not have the conditions to reunite with their families during Tet.
In addition, grassroots trade unions have coordinated with employers to organize many other activities to care for workers, such as the "Tet Sum vay - Spring Gratitude to the Party" program, Trade Union Meals, Year-end Meals... This is an activity to add motivation for workers and laborers to be attached to the Trade Union organization and to businesses. At the same time, through activities to care for workers, the trade union organization has shown its responsibility to build the bond and joint efforts of workers with businesses, united towards building sustainable businesses.
Activities to care for Tet for union members and workers are the central task of the Trade Union organization every Tet and Spring, showing the close attention of the Party Committee and government of Bac Ninh province in general and the Trade Union organization in particular. This not only contributes to helping union members and workers have more conditions to celebrate Tet happily and warmly, but also clearly affirms the role and position of the Trade Union organization in caring for life and protecting the rights of workers.
Through these practical activities, the Bac Ninh Trade Union organization continues to affirm its role as a reliable fulcrum for union members and workers, accompanying workers to overcome difficulties, actively emulation in labor production, contributing to building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations and contributing to the sustainable socio-economic development of Bac Ninh province.
