On February 25, a working delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and encouraged union members and workers to return to work after the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 holiday at Intermax Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Lang Sai village, Ngoc Thien commune, Bac Ninh province).
The program is organized by the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation according to the February 2026 work program and after reporting, seeking opinions, and obtaining the consent of the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Participating in the working delegation were representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and leaders and specialists of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Ngoc Thien commune; Chairman of Tan Yen Commune Trade Union; Board of Directors, Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and a large number of workers of Intermax Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Reporting to the working delegation, business leaders said that Intermax Vietnam Co., Ltd. has been operating since 2017, currently maintaining nearly 1,000 workers. In 2025, average income reached about 12 million VND/person/month; Tet bonuses ranged from 13 to 18 million VND/person. Revenue in 2025 reached about 43 million USD, output of more than 750,000 products. Notably, production plans and orders have been signed until the end of 2026, creating a stable job base for workers.
Immediately after the Tet holiday, the rate of workers returning to work reached a high level, ensuring to maintain production pace right from the first days of the year. The enterprise continues to fully implement regimes and policies for employees according to regulations; pay attention to improving working conditions, ensuring occupational safety and health and taking care of the spiritual life of workers.
Speaking at the visit and encouragement ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Viet Oanh acknowledged and praised the results businesses have achieved in the past time, especially maintaining stable production, ensuring income, and Tet bonuses for workers in the context of increasingly fierce labor competition between localities.
The comrade requested businesses to continue to pay attention to firmly grasp the situation of workers, proactively balance labor in accordance with production requirements; fully and promptly implement the provisions of law on salaries, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; build a safe and friendly working environment for workers to feel secure and attached for a long time.
Emphasizing the viewpoint of industrial development associated with ensuring social security, the comrade affirmed that the province always accompanies and creates favorable conditions for businesses to stabilize and expand production, contributing to solving employment and improving income for local people.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented 200 gifts and lucky money at the beginning of the year to the company's workers, prioritizing typical, active union members and workers in difficult circumstances, thereby encouraging workers to enthusiastically compete in labor production, striving to successfully complete the tasks of 2026.
The activity of visiting and encouraging workers at the beginning of spring shows the concern of the Party Committee, government and trade union organization for the workforce - the force directly contributing to economic growth and development of the province.
