On the morning of April 17, a delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, visited, worked and presented gifts to union members and workers at Pearl Global Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province) on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.
Participating in the working delegation were Mr. Le Xuan Loi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Tuan Nam - Provincial Party Committee Member, Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Mr. Thach Van Chung - Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, along with leaders of Bac Giang Ward and business leaders.
Pearl Global Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a foreign-invested enterprise, belonging to Pearl Global Group - one of the largest corporations in the garment sector, with nearly 2,000 employees at the factory.
In recent years, the company has always maintained stable production, revenue in 2025 reached about 3,000 billion VND, 100% of products exported.
In addition, businesses focus on implementing good regimes and policies for workers such as ensuring stable income (average about 13 million VND/person/month), Tet bonuses, meal support, caring for female workers, awarding scholarships to workers' children... contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Speaking at the working session, the Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Company's Board of Directors in maintaining production, expanding scale, creating jobs and ensuring income for employees.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai emphasized that taking care of the lives, salaries, and incomes of employees is an important factor contributing to stabilizing production, building harmonious and progressive labor relations in enterprises; requested the company to continue to pay attention to summarizing and fully grasping the thoughts and aspirations of employees; promptly reflect to the province to have a basis for considering and proposing to issue appropriate and practical policies. At the same time, expressed joy at the orientation of expanding production, long-term attachment and sustainable development of enterprises in the locality.
On this occasion, on behalf of the provincial leaders, the Provincial Party Secretary respectfully thanked Pearl Global Vietnam Co., Ltd. for trusting and choosing to invest in Bac Ninh; wishing the enterprise to continue to expand production scale, improve operational efficiency, and make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the province.
Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee sent wishes to all workers and laborers for health, happiness, and peace of mind in labor production; together with businesses and local authorities to build the Company to become increasingly developed, contributing to building Bac Ninh province to become increasingly rich, strong, and civilized.
At the program, the Delegation presented 150 gifts to union members and workers; and at the same time presented gifts to encourage the Board of Directors of Pearl Global Vietnam Co., Ltd., showing the province's concern for businesses and workers in the area.
