On the afternoon of April 8, Xuan Cam Commune Trade Union coordinated to organize a program to visit and give gifts to union members and workers at ChunQiu Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Attending the program were Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; Comrade Hoang Cong Bo - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Xuan Cam commune; along with leaders and specialists of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee and leaders of Xuan Cam commune.
ChunQiu Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd. currently has about 1,200 employees, with an average income of about 12 million VND/person/month. This is one of the enterprises with a large labor scale in the area, contributing to solving employment and stabilizing the lives of workers in the locality.
Speaking at the program, Comrade Hoang Cong Bo emphasized: The election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term took place successfully, further affirming the people's belief in the Party and the State. That success has the important contribution of the workers and laborers in the area.
Over the past time, despite many difficulties, workers, especially workers at ChunQiu Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd., have always made efforts, united, and emulation in labor production, making important contributions to the development of businesses and localities.
The comrade also acknowledged and highly appreciated the business's concern for employees; and at the same time requested that in the coming time, the Company's Board of Directors continue to pay attention to and improve working conditions, increase income, and closely coordinate with the Trade Union organization to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.
Speaking at the program, representatives of business leaders expressed their deep gratitude for the concern of Trade Union levels and local authorities; and affirmed that they will continue to create favorable conditions for employees to feel secure in their work, promote their abilities, and be attached to the company for a long time.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 140 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances; and at the same time rewarded and praised typical and advanced union members who were honored by production teams.
The program is a practical and meaningful activity, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and attachment between businesses, trade union organizations and workers; and at the same time continuing to widely propagate the success of the 16th National Assembly election and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
