Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Khac Dieu - Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province praised the achievements of the Company's Trade Union in the past term, and at the same time requested the new Executive Committee to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate the content and methods of operation, perform well the function of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, contributing to building sustainable business development.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, factory director, acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the trade union organization in coordinating to care for workers' lives and build a friendly and effective working environment. The Congress announced Decision No. 477 dated October 22, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor on appointing the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Kinyosha Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades, of which Comrade Nguyen Huy Giang was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union, Comrade Nguyen Van Liem was re-elected as Vice Chairman of the Trade Union.
The Executive Committee of the new term of the Trade Union launched, accepted the task and promised before the Congress to be united, creative, and make efforts to successfully implement the Resolution set forth by the Congress; strive to build the Trade Union of Kinyosha Vietnam Co., Ltd. to be classified as a Trade Union that completes well and excellently the task every year.
With the spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility, the Congress voted to pass the Resolution of the Congress of the Trade Union of Kinyosha Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the 2025-2030 term, identifying key goals: better caring for the material and spiritual life of workers; promoting the emulation movement for good labor, technical innovation initiatives; building a team of workers with industrial style, discipline, creativity, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of businesses and localities.
