After 15 years of implementing the movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework", Ca Mau commended 7 collectives and 47 typical individuals with many initiatives in labor.

On July 28, the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to summarize 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 6b/NQ-BCH and Directive No. 03/CT-TLĐ of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; and at the same time commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good at work, good at home" in the period 2010-2025.

Vice President of Ca Mau Labor Federation Ngo Diem Phuc said that after 15 years of implementation, the movement has become a motivation for female union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to promote their capacity in work, labor production, and at the same time build happy families.

Ca Mau province currently has over 47,000 workers, civil servants, and laborers, of which women account for about 48%, playing an important role in the fields of health, education, seafood processing, commerce and services. Every year, over 95% of female union members in the administrative and non-business sectors and over 80% of female union members in the non-state sector achieve the title "Good at state affairs, good at housework".

Among them, 5 collectives and 10 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee; 2 collectives and 37 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in the period 2010-2025.

Many typical examples are recorded to have continuously excellently completed tasks for 10 to 15 years, possessing dozens of initiatives applied in practice, contributing to improving the efficiency of work, production and building strong trade union organizations.

Besides the achieved results, the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation also recognizes that the movement is developing unevenly between regions, the rate of female direct production workers being rewarded is still low; some businesses are still slow to pay social insurance and have not fully implemented policies for female workers.

In the coming time, trade union levels will continue to innovate the content of the movement, promote digital transformation in propaganda work, strengthen dialogue, protect the rights of female workers, develop a team of female officials and replicate advanced examples.
