Information from the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation on November 26, with the motto "All union members and workers have Tet", the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation will organize activities to take practical care of the material and spiritual needs of union members and workers; ensuring that all union members and workers have Tet, celebrate Tet joyfully, meaningfully, warmly and together.
The subjects of care during Tet are all union members and workers. Priority is given to union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses, those affected by natural disasters, those whose working hours have been reduced, those who have lost their jobs, those who have been owed wages and bonuses; union members and workers who stay at their units and enterprises to work, produce and do business during Tet.
Organize diverse and flexible forms of care, focusing on the grassroots, paying attention to and supporting union members and workers working in enterprises facing difficulties due to economic recession, cuts, reductions in orders, downsizing of production scale, temporary suspension of operations, dissolution, bankruptcy, unpaid wages, unpaid bonuses, etc.
Thereby, to affirm the role and responsibility of the trade union organization in taking care of union members and workers during Tet; to motivate and encourage union members and workers to work with a high sense of responsibility and efficiency, to improve labor productivity, product quality, and to unite to build increasingly developed agencies, units and enterprises; to strengthen trust and connection between union members and workers and the trade union organization; to attract workers to join the Vietnam Trade Union.
