To celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Party's traditional day of mass mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2024) and the 25th anniversary of the National Mass Mobilization Day, the Can Tho City Labor Federation (CLF) in coordination with the Department of Home Affairs organized a contest to learn about "Administrative reform, digital transformation and policies related to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers" (CBCCVC-LD) in 2024.
Participants include civil servants, public employees and laborers who are union members of the Labor Federations of districts, counties, industry unions, civil servant unions, trade unions of Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Zones and grassroots unions under the City Labor Federation.
The contest is expected to take place over two days from October 29 to 30. The members will take part in a general knowledge contest and a contest to introduce models and propose ideas for administrative reform.
The contest contributes to promoting propaganda and education work, raising awareness and responsibility of civil servants and public employees in implementing the State Administrative Reform Program for the period 2021-2030, the National Digital Transformation Program, contributing to building a team of civil servants and public employees to meet the requirements of the country's industrialization and modernization.
Through the contest, we will contribute to enhancing the responsibility of each individual and each level of the trade union in participating in the implementation of the State administrative reform program at agencies and units; contributing to the successful completion of assigned political, professional and technical tasks, and building a clean and strong agency.
This is also an opportunity to improve understanding of policies related to rights and obligations of civil servants and employees to properly implement regulations; train operational skills of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and union members.
