On November 1, Emulation Block No. 3 including the Trade Union of Nam Can Tho University, Can Tho University of Technology and Engineering, Tay Do University, Can Tho College of Economics and Technology, Can Tho Vocational College and Can Tho College held a conference to sign the emulation agreement for the 2024-2025 school year.

Emulation Block No. 3 will also coordinate to organize the Conference of civil servants and employees (VC, NLD) of the unit in accordance with regulations; supervise the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, improve working conditions; enhance care for the lives of VC, NLD; strive to increase legitimate income for VC, NLD in the unit.
The Trade Unions will coordinate with the government to effectively implement tasks during the school year; organize and mobilize workers and employees to actively participate in emulation movements, participate in school management, improve working style and administrative procedures; mobilize workers and employees to participate in emulation movements to promote initiatives, improve techniques, apply scientific advances in production; scientific research; emulation movements in the education sector.
Among the key contents that need to be implemented, emulation block No. 3 will focus on 3 breakthroughs in strongly innovating the Union's operating methods, focusing on performing the task of representing and protecting workers; Building a team of dedicated and qualified union officials who are leaders of union members and workers; Implementing digital transformation in communication, financial management and union member management.
