As of December 1, 2025, all 25/25 grassroots trade unions under the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City have successfully organized congresses and conferences for the 2025-2030 term. This is considered an important preparation step towards the 1st Da Nang City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The congresses and conferences take place in a democratic and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring compliance with the procedures and Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union. Here, delegates discussed and evaluated the results of the past term's work; at the same time, set out key directions and tasks for the period 2025 - 2030. The new Executive Committees of the units were elected with the criteria of sufficient quality, capacity and sense of responsibility.
In addition to the content of the congress, Dien Ban Ward Union also organized the presentation of support from the Da Nang City Labor Federation and Ward Union to businesses and union members affected by the recent historic flood.
Accordingly, 5 enterprises received a total of 27.5 million VND to soon stabilize production and business; 177 union members and workers were supported with 354 million VND to overcome difficulties after natural disasters. In addition, the Ward Union also presented an additional 50 million VND to 50 union members who were severely affected, promptly encouraging workers to overcome the difficult period.
The total support fund for this occasion reached 431.5 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love" and the deep concern of trade union organizations at all levels for union members and workers in the area.
