On December 1, a source confirmed that Song Ba Ha Hydropower Company (Dak Lak province) had passed a resolution on a temporary personnel plan to operate the company's operations.

This plan has also been reported by Song Ba Ha Hydropower Company to the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vu - Deputy Head of the Technical - Safety Department - was assigned to manage and operate the department's activities during the time the Head of the Department worked with the competent authority.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Viet - Head of the Planning - Supplies Department (former Head of the Technical - Safety Department) proactively and promptly coordinated and supported Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vu in the management and settlement of work.

This includes work related to the operation of the Ba Ha River Hydropower Reservoir and the inter-reservoir operation in the Ba River basin.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam - Deputy Director of the Operating Department - performs the task of managing and operating the activities of the operating Department during the time the Director works with the competent authority.

Assign the Chairman of the Board of Directors to temporarily manage the activities of the Company's Executive Board and receive the trust and perform the duties and powers of the Company's legal representative during the time the General Director is on leave and participates in working with the competent authority.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 19, the Dak Lak Provincial Civil Defense Command informed that at 5:20 p.m. the same day, the Song Ba Ha Hydropower Plant had increased the water discharge level downstream to 15,490 m3/s - the highest level since the plant began operating in 2009.

In the historic flood in 2009 in Phu Yen province (old), this hydropower plant also only released floodwaters up to 14,500m3/s.
