On May 29, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) organized the program "Thank you to workers" and summarized the Sports and Arts Festival in response to "Workers' Month" 2026 with the participation of more than 500 union members and workers.
Having been attached to vast rubber forests for many years, for Dakruco's workers, the farm is not only a place to work but also a "second home", attached to the life, income and future of the whole family.

Mr. Y Mot Ayun, a worker at Phu Xuan Farm, shared: "This year I am 42 years old and have been attached to the company since 2002. More than 20 years have passed, thanks to working at the farm, I have a stable income, got married, raised children and built a spacious house.
According to Mr. Y Mot Ayun, what makes him always feel secure and attached to the unit is that the company has never been slow or owed workers' salaries. Insurance and welfare regimes are fully and promptly implemented.
With an income of about 10 million VND per month, I have the conditions to take care of my two children's education fully. For me, the farm is like a second home, where I have experienced so many joys and sorrows in life," Mr. Y Mot Ayun confided.
Not only Mr. Y Mot Ayun, Ms. H Wiă Ayun, a worker at Phu Xuan Farm, has also been attached to the company for more than 20 years. She said that in the past, her family's life was difficult due to precarious hired work and unstable income.
Since becoming a rubber worker, I have a stable job, receiving a regular monthly salary and bonuses according to output, so life has gradually improved," Ms. H Wiă Ayun shared.
According to Ms. H Wiă Ayun, not only ensuring jobs and income for workers, the company also pays attention to fully implementing insurance regimes and caring for the spiritual life of workers. On holidays, Tet, or when workers encounter difficulties, the unit has timely support policies.
That concern has created motivation for us to feel secure in working, considering the farm as our common home. I plan to stick with the unit until I reach retirement age," Ms. H Wiă Ayun added.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said that more than 50% of Dakruco's employees are ethnic minorities. The fact that businesses create jobs and stable income for workers has contributed to maintaining political security and improving the lives of ethnic minorities in the area.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap hopes that, despite many difficulties, Dakruco will continue to maintain its commitment to union members and workers; and at the same time increase income and improve the working environment so that workers can feel secure and stick with it for a long time.
On this occasion, Dakruco's leadership presented letters of thanks and gifts of gratitude to 226 union members and workers who have been attached to and contributed for 20 years or more for direct labor and 25 years or more for indirect labor.
