On July 17, information from the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation, the unit just organized a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members, establish and recognize the Executive Committee of 5 grassroots trade unions at enterprises in the province.
Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of the Organization - Inspection Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Provincial Business Association; leaders of businesses and a large number of union members and workers.
At the program, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 80 trade union members and establish 5 grassroots trade unions at enterprises including: Hai Nam Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Hoa Ban Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Thang Oanh Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Bien Huyen Dien Bien Co., Ltd. and Him Lam Group Co., Ltd.

At the same time, the unit awarded the decision to establish and recognize the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and presented flowers to congratulate the new trade unions.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation, congratulated the newly established grassroots trade unions and emphasized that the Executive Committees of trade unions need to quickly consolidate the organization, promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, strengthen coordination with employers to build harmonious and stable labor relations, contributing to promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
The establishment of 5 new grassroots trade unions and the admission of 80 new union members continue to affirm the effectiveness of the work of developing union members and expanding the Vietnam Trade Union organization of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation.
This is also an important premise to improve the quality of trade union activities in the business sector, contributing to better care for the lives, jobs and rights of workers in the province.
