Responding to Workers' Month, Humanitarian Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, Cao Lanh Ward Trade Union in coordination with the People's Committee, the Red Cross Society and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the ward has just organized the "Meaningful Market" program in 2026.
Attending the program were representatives of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of Cao Lanh Ward People's Committee, local socio-political organizations, businesses, philanthropists and more than 250 union members, association members, workers and people in difficult circumstances.

At the program, Ms. Ho Hue Thu Hang - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of Cao Lanh Ward People's Committee - called on agencies, units, businesses and the whole society to continue to join hands to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; build a safe and healthy working environment, contributing to the good implementation of social security work in the locality.

The highlight of the program is more than 30 "0-dong" booths providing essential items such as rice, noodles, necessities, food... to support 200 poor households, union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the ward, with a total implementation cost of about 390 million VND. People participate in shopping through 0-dong shopping vouchers issued by the Organizing Committee.

Not only supporting essential goods, the program also implements many free health care activities for workers.
Accordingly, the grassroots Trade Union of Tam Tri Cao Lanh Hospital coordinated to provide medical examinations, health consultations and free medicine distribution to 200 union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic organized free oral examinations and consultations and presented oral care vouchers worth 700,000 VND to participants.
Dung Cuong Salon, Hieu Anh Salon and Ngan Luong Hair Institute accompany and implement free haircut activities for people and workers in difficult circumstances. Tan Kieu Motorcycle Co., Ltd. donates 100 helmets to workers and organizes a lucky wheel program, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere.
Within the framework of the program, there were also cultural performances to celebrate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026) and the launching ceremony to respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
