On the afternoon of March 26, the Hong Ngu District Labor Federation, Dong Thap Province held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Nova Thabico Joint Stock Company and admit 206 union members.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Huu Tien, Chairman of the District Labor Federation; Mr. Tran Hoang Thong, Assistant General Director, Production Director of Nova Thabico Joint Stock Company.
At the ceremony, the Hong Ngu District Labor Federation announced the Decision to establish the New Thabico Joint Stock Company's Trade Union, appointed a provisional Executive Committee of 5 members, appointed Ms. Le Thi Cam Tu as Chairwoman of the Trade Union and admitted 206 union members.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Tien - Chairman of the Hong Ngu District Labor Federation - congratulated the establishment of the New Thabico Joint Stock Company's Trade Union and hoped that the Executive Board of the Trade Union would coordinate with the Board of Directors of the company to take good care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; build emulation movements and trade union activities, contributing to improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and contributing to the development of the enterprise.
Nova Thabico Joint Stock Company is also committed to creating favorable conditions for the grassroots trade union to operate, contributing to creating a harmonious and stable relationship, ensuring rights and improving welfare for workers.
