On October 21, Hoang Anh Gia Lai University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital announced that the unit had just held a grassroots Trade Union Congress in an atmosphere of solidarity - democracy - innovation - development.
At the Congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term, including: Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Loan - President of the Trade Union; Ms. Cao Thi Hoang Van - Vice President of the Trade Union; Mr. Hoang Ngoc Khanh - Vice President of the Trade Union.
The new Executive Committee of the Trade Union will promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, dynamism, and creativity, always being a bridge between workers and hospital leaders, contributing to building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
The grassroots trade union of Hoang Anh Gia Lai University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital has a total of 473 employees, including 447 union members.
The employment situation, life of union members and workers are relatively stable. The hospital has fully implemented policies and regimes for employees such as: all employees are allowed to sign contracts and pay 100% social insurance and health insurance. The average income of union members and workers is about 14 million VND/person/month.

Union member development work is focused on. All newly recruited employees are instructed on procedures to join the Trade Union. From 2023 to present, the unit has developed 166 more union members for the union organization.
The grassroots trade union closely coordinates with the government in improving working conditions and improving the lives of cadres, employees and workers.
The union also cares about the children of union members and workers through activities such as giving gifts on Children's International Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, while implementing well the policy of caring for women and children.
In addition, the Union mobilizes union members and workers to actively participate in social activities such as: supporting the Fund for the Poor, gratitude, the Fund for the beloved Truong Sa, and supporting people affected by natural disasters and floods launched by the higher-level Union.
The union also regularly disseminates policies and regimes related to female union members and workers.
