According to the motto "going to the grassroots, sticking to the grassroots, accompanying the grassroots", trade unions need to maintain regular contact with businesses and workers to promptly listen to their concerns, aspirations and recommendations; thereby, synthesizing and proposing to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.

Mr. Nguyen Chung Chinh - Chairman of the An Phu Ward Trade Union - affirmed that in the last 6 months of the year, the trade union will actively guide and support grassroots trade unions to organize Workers' conferences, develop regulations for periodic dialogue at the workplace, conduct collective bargaining and sign collective labor agreements.
