On December 23, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor said that in 2025, the task of trade unions at all levels is to continue to take care of the lives and material needs of workers, especially those in difficult circumstances and with serious illnesses.
Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation will organize the program "Tet sum vay - Xuan ung deo Dang" on the occasion of Lunar New Year At Ty 2025. Thereby, visiting, encouraging and supporting workers in the area, towards a happy and happy Tet after a year of hard work.
Trade unions at all levels will also organize activities in response to Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025; a dialogue program between union members and workers with leaders of Gia Lai province, scheduled to be held in May 2025.
The provincial trade union will organize a contest to create video clips and short reports on ideas, solutions and initiatives to limit traffic accidents among workers, civil servants and laborers in Gia Lai province.
By 2025, Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor strives to increase the number of union members by 3,300 and establish 100% of grassroots unions in enterprises with 20 or more employees.
Gia Lai strives to have 95% or more of union members and workers (where there is a trade union organization) being propagandized, studying, and thoroughly understanding the Party's guidelines and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws related to labor and trade unions.
The trade union participates in promoting at least 75% of workers in enterprises to participate in training and improving their qualifications and professional skills.
