Giving gifts and ao dai to female workers in difficult circumstances

Gia Lai - Small but meaningful gifts to encourage the spirit of workers enthusiastically producing and improving their lives.

On March 21, the Pleiku City Labor Federation, Gia Lai Province, announced that the unit had just donated 426 sets of ao dai and 205 retail ao dai to female union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

When launching the Ao Dai support movement, the union received active support from female union members at affiliated grassroots unions.

Thereby, hundreds of ao dai were selected, classified, and neatly arranged in nylon bags by the women, with size notes before sending them away with all the heart and affection shared with female union members and workers.

Mr. Do Xuan Quy, Chairman of the Pleiku City Labor Federation, said: The awarding of Ao Dai contributes to preserving and honoring the traditional value and beauty in social life.

The Trade Union hopes to arouse pride and responsibility in preserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural heritage. Thereby, creating solidarity, attachment, and sharing among female cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers.

On this occasion, the City Labor Federation also presented 20 gifts with a total value of 10 million VND to female union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the city.
