On the afternoon of August 8, the Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) of Quang Ngai province said that the unit had just awarded the Decision recognizing the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Hung Packaging Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, located in Quang Phu Industrial Park.
According to the decision, 240 officials, employees, and laborers of the company are recognized as trade union members from July 25, 2026.
The grassroots trade union of Viet Hung Packaging Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, managed by Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union, has legal status, is allowed to use its own seal and is allowed to open accounts at banks and the State Treasury according to regulations.
At the ceremony, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation also recognized the Executive Committee, positions in the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Hung Packaging Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, term I, 2026-2030.
On this occasion, the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union and leaders of Viet Hung Packaging Production and Trading Joint Stock Company presented 20 gifts to 20 union members in difficult circumstances, each worth 1.5 million VND.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises contributes to creating conditions for workers to be cared for and protected their legitimate and lawful rights and interests, while building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
