On May 5, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union Working Committee organized a thematic activity with the theme "Improving the role and responsibility of officials and party members in innovating content and methods of propaganda on social networks associated with trade union activities in the new situation".
At the meeting, party members in the Party cell frankly acknowledged the shortcomings and limitations in propaganda work such as content not being truly attractive, the interactivity not being high, and the grasp of trends still being slow.
According to assessments, the main reasons are that the innovation of content and methods of propaganda has not been given due attention; some cadres and party members are still not proactive and flexible in implementation; coordination and information sharing work is not really effective.
On that basis, key solutions have been proposed to raise awareness and responsibility of cadres and party members; continue to innovate the content and methods of propaganda; strengthen the application of technology, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities in the new situation.
