In 2024, key activities such as Tet Sum vay, Workers' Month, celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam Trade Union, Hong Linh Town Labor Federation (LF) all performed well, highly appreciated by Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation, in which Tet Sum vay, Workers' Month activities ranked No. 1 out of 20 units.
Trade unions at all levels in Hong Linh town and the Trade Union Social Fund supported the construction of 4 Trade Union Shelters (135 million VND), visited and subsidized 1,313 gifts for union members in especially difficult circumstances with a total amount of 896 million VND.
The patriotic emulation movement was widely deployed, associated with activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among union members and workers.
In 2024, the Hong Linh Town Labor Federation established 3 grassroots unions, developing 492 union members (achieving 150% of the plan to establish grassroots unions, 140.5% of the plan to develop union members); 33 outstanding union members were introduced by grassroots unions to join the Party organization (achieving 123.3% of the plan)...
With outstanding achievements in operation, the Town Labor Federation was recognized by the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation as an Excellent Labor Collective and proposed to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award a Certificate of Merit.
At the conference, the Town Labor Federation awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation to the Trade Union of Haivina Hong Linh Company Limited, awarded the Certificate of Excellent Trade Union in 2024 to 9 collectives, and certificates of merit of the Town Labor Federation to 2 collectives and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in 2024.
On this occasion, the Hong Linh Town Labor Federation also launched an emulation movement to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
