The Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor recommends that higher-level Trade Unions promote the establishment, consolidation and improvement of the quality of activities of Trade Union women's committees at all levels, focusing on establishing mass women's committees in non-state enterprises according to the targets of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Promote the implementation of models of activities to care for union members and workers such as the model "Your health", "Breastfeeding room at the workplace", "Summer camp for workers' children", "Mass wedding"; develop propaganda materials to raise awareness and skills of workers on child care and building family happiness.
Perform well the role of representing, caring for, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of female workers through dialogue at the workplace and negotiating and signing collective labor agreements.
The Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor proposed to study and implement activities to support female union members and workers to promote good traditional values in the family, develop a plan to implement the Project "Supporting workers in industrial parks and export processing zones in caring for and raising children", contributing to building a prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized family; preventing domestic violence.
The superior trade unions directly at the grassroots level in Hai Duong province should promote training, education, fostering and improving knowledge and skills in women's work for female cadres at all levels.Pay attention to discovering and introducing female cadres with sufficient capacity, moral qualities, conditions and standards to participate in Party committees at all levels on the occasion of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
Effectively integrate the activities of the Women's Union with the activities of the Trade Union's women's work through the development and implementation of annual and term-based coordination plans and programs.In addition, promote the application of digital transformation in the activities of the Trade Union's women's work.
