The emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" among female union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers aims to concretize the emulation content "Good at public work, good at housework" in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, Resolution of the 19th Congress of the Hai Duong Provincial Trade Union, term 2023-2028 in the movement of female union members and workers.
The content of the emulation movement includes emulation in labor, production, promoting initiatives, creativity, technical innovation, good advice, completing assigned tasks well with productivity, quality, and efficiency associated with emulation movements and campaigns launched by sectors, localities, agencies, units, and enterprises.
Actively study to improve all aspects of qualifications, be good at professional expertise and skills; study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in work and production to meet the requirements of assigned tasks, contributing to the construction and development of agencies, units, enterprises and Hai Duong province.
Organize family life well, take care of and raise healthy children, teach children to be good, implement population and development policies well, pay attention to uniting family members, prevent domestic violence; build a prosperous, progressive, happy, civilized family; commend exemplary female union members and workers.
Actively participate in social activities, care about community and social interests. Promote thrift practice, prevent corruption, waste, and social evils.
The Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor assigned the Women's Propaganda Department to advise, guide, and monitor the implementation of the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" among female union members and workers in the new situation.
Provincial Labor Federations, based on their functions and tasks, implement relevant contents of the emulation movement.
The Trade Unions at the direct superior level and the subordinate Trade Unions at the grassroots level specify the instructions, develop criteria, content of the emulation and evaluate the title "Good at public affairs, good at housework" to suit the characteristics of the locality, industry, agency, unit and enterprise.
Regularly inspect and monitor the emulation organization process, promptly detect and adjust contents that are not suitable to the unit's reality; annually organize preliminary reviews, commend and reward outstanding collectives and individuals at their level and propose the Provincial Federation of Labor to consider special rewards according to regulations.
