The Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor has decided to dissolve 7 industry unions and equivalents, including: Hai Duong Education Trade Union, Health Trade Union, Hai Duong Construction Trade Union, Agriculture and Rural Development Trade Union, Transport Trade Union, Civil Servants Trade Union and Industry and Trade Trade Trade Union of Hai Duong province.
After finishing their activities, these units are tasked with transferring 265 grassroots trade unions and over 50,000 union members to other grassroots trade unions at the direct superior level.
At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented the decision to establish the Provincial Party Trade Union and the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union. Of which, the Provincial Party Trade Union consists of 24 grassroots Trade Unions and 1,164 union members. The People's Committee Trade Union has 47 grassroots Trade Unions and 7,210 union members.
Regarding personnel work, Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Chairwoman of the Provincial Civil Servants' Union - was mobilized and appointed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Committee's Trade Union; Ms. Vu Ba Ha - Chairwoman of the Education Trade Union - held the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union.
Speaking at the conference, Chairwoman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Ngo Thi Thanh Hoa affirmed that streamlining the Trade Union organizational apparatus is a correct policy of the Party and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The cadres transferred and appointed on this occasion need to continue to promote their experience, qualities, capacity, and sense of responsibility with the collective to perform well the assigned tasks.
