The investment project name is AEON Hai Duong Commercial Center, the project implementation location is in Thach Khoi ward and Lien Hong commune (Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province).
The project invests in building a commercial center to form a place for trading, trading goods, doing business in various types of services, entertainment, cuisine... serving the lives of people in Hai Duong City and neighboring areas.
The Provincial People's Committee requested Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Service Joint Stock Company to transfer its rights and obligations for the transfer project to the transferee so that the transferee can continue to invest, build and do business in accordance with the correct goals, scale, planning and project implementation progress approved by the competent state agency.
AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. inherits and performs rights and obligations for the project transferred by the transferor according to the transfer contract and in accordance with the provisions of law.
Continue to deploy and implement the project to receive the transfer in accordance with the goals, scale, planning and project implementation progress approved by competent state agencies; complete procedures on investment, construction, land, environment, fire prevention and fighting, labor safety and other necessary procedures in accordance with the provisions of law.
