Hoa Binh Provincial Labor Federation trains nearly 100 officials on Bidding Law

Hoa Binh - On October 7, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced that it had just organized a training conference on the Law on Bidding for nearly 100 union officials.

The training conference was attended by 96 delegates, including Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, full-time union officials and grassroots union officials in charge of accounting work at the unit.

At the conference, delegates listened to the 2023 Law on Bidding; decrees and documents related to bidding; analysis and assessment of risks in bidding activities and prevention methods; errors, violations, and fraud of the bidding party and contractors; handling situations in bidding, experience in organizing bidding work, etc.

The training conference helps improve knowledge about bidding for union officials at all levels, limit risks and violations in bidding activities, thereby improving the quality of financial and asset management of union levels in the province.
