The implementation budget is over 2.8 billion VND, of which poor households will receive nearly 2.4 billion VND.

The Department of Culture and Sports also said that agencies, units, and localities, according to their assigned functions and tasks, should strengthen environmental sanitation, decorate green, clean, and beautiful streets, develop music and dance performance programs, organize well activities serving Tet, flower markets, cultural, artistic, sports, entertainment, and early-year festivals to serve local people and tourists before, during, and after Tet.

Many other spring and New Year activities such as street lights, flower streets, spring flower festivals, etc. serve the needs of people in the province. The art program to welcome the New Year and fireworks to celebrate the Party and the At Ty spring 2025 in the province is held at 4 locations including Rach Gia City, Phu Quoc City, Ha Tien City, and Tan Hiep District.
