On October 20, Ms. Tran Thi Xuan Tham - Chairwoman of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong Province) - said that recently, grassroots trade unions in the ward have organized many exciting activities.
Units simultaneously implemented a program to welcome the grassroots Trade Union Congress and the first Ham Thang Ward Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, associated with major holidays of the year. These activities attract a large number of union members and workers to participate.
Ms. Tham emphasized: "These are practical activities, contributing to caring for, improving material and spiritual life and connecting union members and workers with the Trade Union organization".
Notable among the activities is the program organized by the Trade Union of Phan Thiet Garment Export Joint Stock Company, celebrating Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20) and the company's founding day.

According to Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet Thanh - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Phan Thiet Garment Export Joint Stock Company, the unit currently has more than 2,800 union members and workers. The union coordinated with the Youth Union and the Board of Directors to organize a karaoke singing competition for union members and workers.
The contest attracted 26 participating teams, each team chose the most outstanding performance to compete. The songs all aim at praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland, love and life, and are expressed richly through the forms of solo, duet, and side-song dance.
"The performances are carefully invested, performed with high quality, bringing a joyful atmosphere, leaving a deep impression on the audience", Ms. Thanh shared.
Winning the first prize at Phan Thiet Enterprise, Ms. Luong Gia Bao said: "The contest created an exciting atmosphere, a useful playground to help us increase motivation to compete in production, improve productivity and work quality".
With the same joy, Ms. Ho Thi Sen - winner of the first prize at Phu Long Enterprise - said that the program is also attractive with the "democratic flower picking" part, learning about labor law, social insurance and company rules. "The brothers and sisters were all very excited to participate, cheer enthusiastically and receive many meaningful awards," Ms. Sen expressed.
