On October 15, information from the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that the Congress of Trade Union Delegates of Espace Business Hue Joint Stock Company Branch in Da Lat ( GO supermarket! Da Lat) term 20252030 took place at Ngoc Phat Hotel, Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward (Lam Dong province).
The congress took place on October 14 with the participation of 58 official delegates, representing 185 union members of GO Supermarket! Da Lat.
With the spirit of democracy and solidarity, the Congress comprehensively assessed the results of the workers' movement, trade union activities and the work of the Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term.
Delegates also discussed and set out directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term with many specific targets and solutions.
The Congress determined the goal for the 2025-2030 term as: "Promoting the position, role and functions of trade union organizations; continuing to innovate content and methods of operation to build an increasingly strong labor and trade union team; creating strong changes in the actions of each worker, contributing to building sustainable business development, ensuring jobs and lives for workers".
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 members. At the first conference, the Executive Committee elected Ms. Phan Do Phuong Thao as Chairwoman; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha as Vice Chairwoman, concurrently Chairwoman of the Inspection Committee.
Mr. Doan Van Su said that this is the first unit among more than 1,000 grassroots trade unions in Lam Dong province to organize a congress for the 2025-2030 term.
He appreciated the GO Supermarket Grassroots Trade Union Congress! Da Lat was organized solemnly, in accordance with the Charter, with careful preparation in terms of content, personnel, program and celebration work.
